The chucks feature a straight-groove groove system and an L-shaped snap-fit ​​structure to ensure the sheets remain stable and do not detach during high-speed rotation. The straight-groove design specifically refers to the groove form between the chuck and the sheets, suitable for various standard industrial polishing equipment.
